At Billabong, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed merchandise. Items must be returned with original tags attached to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
